1. Are Norel Beauty products suitable for all skin types?
Yes, our formulations are designed to respect even the most sensitive skin. Each product is dermatologically tested and enriched with soothing and effective natural active ingredients. Each product description provides information on the recommended skin type.
2. Are the products tested on animals?
Absolutely not. Norel Beauty does not conduct or commission animal testing, in compliance with European Regulations.
3. Can I use the products if I'm pregnant or breastfeeding?
Our formulas are gentle and natural, but if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, we always recommend showing the INCI to your doctor for a personalized assessment.
4. Do your products contain fragrances or allergens?
The fragrances in our products are derived primarily from natural ingredients such as orange blossom water. We use only delicate fragrances in minimal concentrations. However, we recommend always doing a patch test if you have highly reactive skin.
5. How should I store opened products?
Store them in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. Each package is labeled with the PAO (Period After Opening), which is the recommended shelf life in months after opening.
6. Are your products natural or organic?
We use carefully selected natural ingredients, but not all of our products are certified organic. Our priority is to offer safe, effective, and sensorial formulas that respect the skin's balance.
7. Do you ship throughout Italy?
Yes, we ship throughout Italy with traceable couriers. Delivery takes 2–5 business days.
8. What are the shipping costs?
Shipping is free for orders over €39. For orders under this amount, the cost is:
